In response to the consultations on Bills 10 and 20, tabled last fall by Minister Gaétan Barrette, the Fédération des médecins résidents du Québec (FMRQ) is today launching a major campaign to gather comments from medical residents, and in a second phase from the general public, concerning current issues undermining Quebec’s healthcare system.

There are six billion of us on this earth, trying to find happiness, serenity and peace. It is a proven fact that greenery is gentle on the eyes, and the soft sounds and smells of nature relax the brain and help us relax. Our health does indeed improve when we are in contact with a natural environment, and the symptoms of depression—the consequence of being overloaded by stress—decline.
